Onion Soup
For the Soup:
• 5 large onions, thinly sliced
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 2 teaspoons of sugar
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1.5 liters of meat broth (or vegetable broth for a vegetarian version)
• 1/2 glass of white wine (optional)
• 2 bay leaves
• Salt and black pepper to taste

- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
- Lemon juice

- Anchovies
Mac N Cheese - Macaroni cheese
1 package of pasta (500 g)
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 cups of whole milk
200 g grated or chopped mozzarella
200 g of cheddar
100 g grated parmesan
salt
pepper
nutmeg to taste

- ¾ cup white sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups fresh serviceberries
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (14.1 ounce) package double-crust pie pastry, thawed
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into pieces
